WELCOME TO HAPPY HARBOR!

Happy Harbor Restaurant and Bar has been in continuous operation since 1933. What is now the current bar room was the entire building back then. The place became a favorite spot among local watermen and charter captains and gradually, the “Harbor” expanded and became a destination for Charter Fishing on the Chesapeake Bay. If the walls could talk, we’re sure you would hear great stories from some of the Bay’s fabled Captains. Today, as in years past, conversation among locals always comes around to fishing, boating, drinking, or any combination of the three!

With this heritage in mind, the “Harbor” is decorated with vintage fishing and boating items. We have tried to maintain the character and charm that is Happy Harbor.

At Happy Harbor, our goal is simple: Good food and drink at affordable prices served by friendly staff in a casual and neat environment.
